The Joy of Aging

The time changes all day long.
Another day comes and another day goes.
Each day I get older and older.
I look in the mirror and see my reflection.
My skin is paler and my hair is longer.
Then I see my first gray hair.
I see my first wrinkle.
I see my skin starting to sag.
I am slowly watching the life
Drain from my body over time.
I am watching myself age.
