A moment of silence would be nice right now
trying to find silence in this world
is like listening for a whisper
in a wind storm
I can't comprehend my own thoughts
muddled by the words of those around me
echoing inside my head
amplifying with every
sound
spinning
spinning
spinning
I can't stand the silence
it echoes threatening to swallow me whole
closing in around me
so empty
falling
falling
falling
