friend for a fairytale.
They said I would never talk to you,
They said I would hide in my room.
They were right.
You talked to me,
you came into my shelter,
You made me talk back.
You pushed me to break my own rules,
the ones I put up
to keep from being torn down.
I fell in like with a boy from the other side of the cafeteria,
the popular crowd,
whereas I am a reject.
You said we would always be friends,
so why are you leaving?
