"I must have a prodigious quantity of mind; it takes me as much as a week sometimes to make it up."
Mark Twain

"An empty stomach is not a good political adviser."
Albert Einstein

The Sun, so sweet
Drops candy drops
From clouds of white
You’d never guess they had it in them
The little jewels
Infused with joy
Fall earthward
In the great expanse of warm air
They mix and mingle
Dance even
And then alight on the pavement
And pool into puddles

Some people will stay inside drab buildings
Cursing bad weather

But I know better

Life’s too short to waste
A light summer storm
Out I go
Warm rain just loves company

This comes from a memory of mine when I was around 7. In the summer I loved splashing in puddles during and after rain storms.
