Harmony
I gaze upon the nighttime shy
 As the pitch-black aura overcomes
 The sweltering heat of day

The stars rise above the trees
Their glittering essence makes me wonder
 How many others
 Are looking upon them too

 I lie in the grass
 So calming the night's quietness
 The ever so peaceful presence
 Of the always shining stars

Why can't it always be this way?
 Every trouble turned to dust
 All your worries are gone
 The pain has diminished

Life would be so much easier
 No war or fighting
 Every one's the other equal
 All hate would slowly disappear
 The world in harmony
 Living as one
