I pass by the dirty mirror,
covered in post-its and lipstick,
and I can't help but see myself as weighty, useless, and alone.

I pass by people,
staring and pointing out every flaw of mine,
and I can't help but let tears fall,
weighty, useless, and alone.

I pass by my friends,
pleading and begging me to try,
and I can't help but ignore my plate,
weighty, useless, and alone.

I pass by my family,
crying and urging me to stop,
and I can't help but listen to my growling stomach,
and take a bite.

Having never dealt with anorexia, I truly don't know what it feels like. However, this is for you girls!

This is so insightful: you really managed to get into the narrator's head, and represent how miserable insecurity and an eating disorder must be. Beautifully done.
