The clock kept ticking slowly
Tick-tock, tick-tock
My eyes are leaking tears
Drip-drop, drip-drop
Crashing onto my tear soaked jeans
Plop-plop, plop plop
I thought I heard you outside my door
Knock-knock, knock-knock
Then I remembered you have gone.
Deep breath.
Time to move on.
