And all the cities were just ghosts and empty promises.
 we sit and listen and our hands move and out mouths open. 
 The windows look out into another part of the school.
 I could look out from the tops of tall buildings and sometime Philadelphia would laugh at me.
 Other times I just saw the end of the street. 
 I am so young but I feels so old.
 I know where babies come from and I know where they're not wanted. 
 I am so young but I feel like I'm already dead. 
 Through the window of the doctors office, Philadelphia screamed.
 I
 don't
 feel
 alive.
