In physics we learn that an object with
Zero potential energy can still lose
Energy because zero is relative,
Which is why when you told me:

I laughed. Because nothing seemed
Infinitely better than everything
I felt in that moment.
Nothing meant not having to feel the
Weight of the world leave its imprint on

Down into the ground,

Zero didn’t seem that bad.
