Three years ago when I spent my days alone,
You were sweeter than a bowl of pure sugar.
We talked
and laughed like there was no tomorrow.
I trusted you with my life
And you trusted me.
Now, as I'm swimming in a sea of people,
You are as cold as the icebergs
In the Atlantic ocean
We talk
and you lie like roadkill on the highway
You trust me with your life,
But I don't trust you.
