The bright campfire crackles.
as stars come out.
Mosquitoes buzz quietly and
the lake ripples as a loon searches for dinner.
The tall trees creak
and moan
as the breeze picks up.
Bats swoop in and out of
the forest.
Then the owls start talking in low whistles.
Everything turns into one song as we set up the tent.
