rock me back and forth when I cry
don't say a word
remember the small things I love
the way the sky looks before a storm
the smell of your cologne on my pillowcase
my favorite kind of smokes
explore the depths of me
learn the story behind each and every
scar I cut into my skin
hold my hand
when I reach for the blade
be there when I wake up
shaking in the middle of the night
brush the hair from my face
and whisper in my ear
