Every other day
Resembles the day after tomorrow
Every lucid dream,
And every single drop of rain.
Time slithers by
Just as a snake does
When stalking its prey.
The containment of control
That is needed upon viewing vivid projections
Is what makes up the world’s entire existence
Never again will I disobey;
Never again will I take thee for granted;
Never again will I see the sun and all of its beauty as just a normal site.
For I am alive,
And that’s all it takes to live my life.
