Broken
I can't bring myself out of the darkness
I see the light but its always out of reach
Unspeakable thoughts cross my mind
No one to talk to no one to understand
I'm alone In a world full of people
You can say "I'm here for you, talk to me anytime you need"
But every one's battles are their own
They're all different never sharing all the same obstacles
You may think you know what I'm going through
But you don't, even the tiniest of details changes everything
My experiences are not yours, my pains are not yours
How can you tell me you know what it feels like
When my feelings are subconscious and unknown to even me
I'm so far gone my mind has fears I never even knew existed
Only to appear as I get closer to the light, pulling me back
Keeping me imprisoned in the darkness
So think of this next time you think you cane help me
Because no one understands me and no one ever will
I'm an everlasting riddle that you'll never figure out
Love me enough to try, go ahead, but know that
You'll only be disappointed when you think you've gotten
All the answers only to be proved wrong when I lose it again.
