Haunted
Sprawled out on the bed,
Pale moonlight flowing in through the windows
The horrific voices come ringing in her head,
(As they always did at this time),
Shrieking and groaning and howling,
Speaking of all the thing she was trying desperately to push away.
"You remember it all,"
They would say,
"And you always will!"
Images flashin infront of her eyes,
Appearing harshly on the ceiling above her body.
Her clammy hands clawing at bed sheets,
Searching endlessly for something to grasp.
Finally, jamming headphones in her ears,
Cranking the music all the way up;
The voices become faint and the images fade to black.
