Your Love
Breathe me in,
Like your gasping for air.
Fill your lungs with the scent of my hair.
Love me blind of my demise,
Twisting me around like your new prize.
I see the way you smile,
Loving me to the core.
Although, you are a fool to expect more.
I am the venom that runs through your lungs.
I pick you up,
To watch you fall.
I give you cuts, bruises, and burns,
Yet you say your heart will always yearn.
All the while the world still turns,
As I watch you burn.
