The Moon's Gloom

The moon shines brightly
As it's filled with gloom
The path in front of me
I cannot see
I run and fall down
and trip and giveup
but the moon
gives me hope
I keep going in the darkness
even though I can't see
and finally reach it
the place I wanted to be
