"I have no special talents, I'm only passionately curious." Albert Einstein.

Symptoms, doctors, pills, side effects. A hole in my chest swallows small pink pills. 25 milligrams of hardened chemicals meant to make the voices stop, my thoughts stop roaring, close the hole in my chest and remove the stitches from my lips.

Symptoms, doctors, pills, side effects. One month later, question after question, relentlessly hammering into my already weak skull. My head feels it might implode or explode or both. Explode from the noise inside implode from the tiny hammering questions. Each thought squeezes through my lips a whisper, barely leaving me.

Symptoms, doctors, pills, side effects. Waves of nausea, sleepy legs, sluggish mind. A rise in my blood test, results of hormones and chemicals mixing like soup in my blood.

Yet there's no difference. And so the cycle continues.

Symptoms, doctors, pills, side effects.

Symptoms, doctors, pills, side effects.
