When Pain stabs at me and the air seems thick with saddness

I leave,

I ride amlessly...wandering

cool air blowing

across my face

tangling my hair

I let it all be blown away

I stop caring

about life

about the pain

about everything

I ride and I find strength

in the wind

on the trail

in myself

and I am ready

I go back, I am stronger

I like to ride my bike when I am upset and this is about how it helps

Hey Country Rose, I love this poem! It sounds kind of like how I feel when I run.
