You Did This To Me

You were the home that I always
Wanted.
You came into my life,
You gave me hope
And love.
You made me happy once
Again.
You made me feel safe and
Needed.
You became the fire that destroyed my
Home. You forced yourself down
My lungs and slowly began
To burn my
Insides and my
Happiness became
Ashes. I was
Lost again.
You are now the nothingness in my
Chest. You have destroyed the
Very thing you built up.
You heard me
Cry out
To you for help, and
You yelled back that
I wasn’t enough anymore.
