I Am Charlie Day

A world of darkness.
Left to ponder anything and everything.
The curtains closed on my show.
Thinking and overthinking,
a neverending cycle,
filled with desperation.
Sinking deeper into the hole dug for me,
and suddenly, a rope.
Climbing and pulling my way to the top.
The curtain was being opened.
Freed from the darkness,
success seemed attainable.
The end brought a new beginning.
