Slowly a step is taken towards me.
I take a step back.
It is not real,
It cannot be real.
¨Leave this place foul beast. You will scare me no longer.¨

It smiles and rolls its eyes,
Large, white fangs glinting.
I am here to make you stronger.
To show you what you can do.
I am here to put you through hell,
And in doing so I hope to prove that you are braver than you believe.
¨Then why do you scare me,
Hurt me so?¨

She says to me, for now I realize that the beast is a she.
She looks down at me with kind eyes.
Kind eyes!
Not evil at all!
Dear child,
I am doing this because I know you can get through.
And now you must believe in yourself.
She bends her long neck back,
Majestic,
      Powerful,
           Beautiful,
                Strong,
And that is when I realize I can be just as she is.
I take this and believe it.
Now I am majestic.
        Now I am powerful.
                Now I am beautiful.
                       Now I am Strong.
I took it and believed it
Now I believe in myself.
