I want to see you truly be yourself
I want to see the fire blazing in your eyes.
I want to see your shaking hands, clench.
I want to see you stop and speak up.
I want to see you shout until your voice grows hoarse.
I want to see you stomp until the ground becomes mush.
I want to see you care until everyone knows your name.
I want to see you love until you can't love anymore.
But most of all,
I want to see you be truly yourself.

I wrote this piece for those who are afraid to speak up. I am also someone who has a hard time speaking up for myself and others, and I just wanted to express my feelings in this short poem.
