The sun, it hears my screams
The moon gets words of eloquence
But the sun gets the magnificence
It gets my tears
My blood soaked pages
It gets my sweating ink
It gets my obsession
My bleeding palms
My fingertips bruised and battered
Yes, the moon has seen me win the world
But the sun has seen what matters
