The Color Blue
As the world awakens, blue can be heard. In the mist that covers the lake or the dew on the grass or even the darkness of the early morning. Blue rings through the opening of curtains and opens your eyes so you can see the true blue sky. I smell the color blue in welcoming summer breezes that seem to stop time.Blue is strong in the darkness of the night as it lifts the stars up in the sky.Too many blue is sadness, the color brings them sorrow. To me blue feels happy. Like a freshly blown bubble just ready to pop, and in its reflection, a smiling child is seen. This is the color blue.
