I see your eyes

shining bright like stars,

only in time

you’re farther than far.

Do you also fear

the fading forgotten,

our shared memories

in chrysanthemum blossoms?

 

Hope rises in darkness,

love stories unfold.

So forget neither I

nor the memories we hold.

In different worlds now

yet never alone,

our journey forever

engraved in stone…

In European culture, chrysanthemums symbolize sympathy, grief, and death. For this reason, they are commonly used in funeral wreaths and cemetery decorations.
