I really don't know what to say
but I hope you understand this better than I did
'cause it's still a little unclear
I walked away knowing it was wrong
I lied knowing it was best
I cried knowing it was right
but I lived still unsure
sometimes I don't know exactly why
but I go to the tree
our tree
and wonder if I still can see you there
but I know it's impossible
'cause I lived still unsure
