Another Mile
Listening to the whispering voices
Not believing I’m important enough
I let them make for me my sorrowful choices
Starting to believe life is way too tough
I would like to keep my feelings at bay
So I can once more feel the need to smile
No longer can I keep this depression away
I can no longer walk another mile
Now in the mirror all I see is a disgrace
Why am I cursed to live this tragic lie
I do not think I can finish this race
As I feel I deserve the right to die
Even as I take my very last breath
You have no idea how much I look forward to death
