It came from my own imagination
A fairytale so sweet and very true
Filled with so much anticipation
I know he will never say go and shoo

A night of dancing, our bodies are close
I'll be happy if I'm with my cowboy
It's positive we had fun the most
A fairytale so real it can't be a ploy

Fireworks up high as he looks in my eyes
My hair is damp from the heavy snow flakes
Remembering our first kiss he then sighs
His arms are around me, but I still shake

A whole new year that I don't want to miss
And it all started with that sacred kiss

This poem was something I wrote for my first love and how we had our first new years kiss. It was a magical night and I wish I could do it all over again.
