A simple servant in my fist
A royal goddess of the words I think,
Equally adept at words’ removal
and seeking my mind’s approval.

Erases all the struggles and scribbles I make,
Graceful sweeps, twirling gently like a snowflake.
Gradual movements in a frosty air.
Skating in a charming way, but leaving behind a slight impression.

Pressing the end firmly on plain white paper.
Demonstrating its boldness by a confident solid line.
Elaborating patterns that are stunning to behold.
Vigorous swirls and curves that are barely controlled.

Slowly erasing the last piece of his tender soul.
A battle of ferocious emotions, demonstrating a desperate bleak hole.
Handicapped with half its function
And thrown away without compunction.

great poem, i agree with all the other comments. but aren't sonnets supposed to have ten silabols in each line, i don't know because i'm not a very talented poet, i was just wondering. keep it up! :)

I don't know what to say, I'm speechless! This is so beautiful, stunning and so poetic I love the way you write and illustrate actions and moves so beautifully. You are trully gifted ^_^ I also thoroughly agree with you, sometimes we tend to look for so much bigger things to express ourselves and let our voice be heard, while in fact we don't even appreviate the tiny little things that helped us begin our trip. It's just amazing, please carry on, you have so much more to say and if you'd like check out my poem "Trip to a Poem" cuz when I read yours it kind of reminded me of mine. Thank you for sharing this. Keep it up ;)

@Anna_Sharuda You have a really unique writing style, you write about Life and put all those lessons/feelings/thoughts into very captivating words. I would say keep writing and NEVER give up. A gift can be furthered through practice!
