Storm
The storm had been rocking the long
Ship for about 5 hours now with the waves crashing over the rail but it was worth it to make it to Vinland and start a new life away from what I was accused of in my homeland. But that didn't matter the storm was getting worse . Lightning flashed in the sky and I saw that we were headed straight for a reef of rocks with no way to escape. The lightning flashed again and I saw the kingdom of valhalla in the sky and I knew my time had come. My boat hit the rocks and I was thrown overboard immediately. I knew I had no chance so I let the water surround me and pull me farther into its depths until I could no longer see the surface or my sinking ship. I finally filled my lungs with water and closed my eyes to the sight of a Valkyrie coming to take me to Valhalla.
