Love is not happiness. Love is not bubbling champagne, red roses, scented perfume, suits and ties. Love is not the smile that spreads upon your face after hanging up the phone. LOVE is the exact opposite. Love is terror. Love is clammy hands, sleepless nights, nail biting. Love is when you have to remind yourself to breathe. Love is when the thought of them not loving you back is scary, but the thought of them being hurt is unbearable. Love is when you realize, for the first time in your life, that you care about someone just as much as you care about yourself.

Somewhere out there someone is laughing. They are looking down on us in our big round room, all pushing and scratching and drowning in each other, and laughing. Because they know, that they're not going to let us out.

this is perfect!
