Her hooves struck out
And they always came back in again
Always 4 hooves working evenly and quickly
All together.
But the one day she would blow minds
Finishing before the other champion
One bone would fail.
Breaking hearts and souls.
She never crossed the wire that day
She never crossed the line
But we all know she would have
Even if she's gone.
