When seasons Change
When time moves on and seasons change,
I'll always feel exactly the same.
My heart remains in an hour glass,
reminding me of lover's past.
The leaves change color with the coming of fall,
but I won't see the vibrant colors at all.
The winter, cold, will leave trees bare,
but I'll be too broken to notice or care.
Then summer will show up, all bright and sunny,
but I won't laugh;I can't find nothing funny.
And when spring comes along, bringing fresh rain,
I'll sit and wonder if I'll ever love again.
