I Must.
My heart beats rambunctiously as you seal the space between us.
My cold body suddenly heats up.
Your face casts a shadow over mine.
Looking up at you, you bend down and our lips lock together;
Forcing electricity to surge through my body.
Tenderly you kiss me.
Eyes shut, breathing slows, and both hearts stop as you break away;
Breathing fastens, heart beats quicken as we both turn and walk away.
Our desire for each other is too strong.
We mustn’t break down, we are both strong.
As I look at you walking away, you turn your head and your colorful eyes meet mine.
I burst into tears.
I move forward, never looking back again.
I must move on, I’m sorry.
I must.
