Tomorrow?
One day I was walking along a sea shore
On which played the waters, so sprightly they were
And as they splashed, they sang a song
It was a lovely, enchanting song
Gratifying my heart, my mind, my soul
They sang for me, for themselves, for all

Then to me, a fragrance reached
So profound it was, that it made me follow
And led me to another sea
A sea of flowers, a sea of colour

 Green, orange, purple they were
And of all the colors I could think of
They signified the alluring beauty of life
In between them, I could not help a smile

 Out of the blue, above the field;
 Lightning flashed and thunder rung
It could be heard loud and clear
It heralded the arrival of rain
 Which washed away my sins
 And swept away my fears

The rain did stop but reminded me of
 how wonderful the nature is

But just as I was returning through the woods
came on the wind, a distant sound
It was the malicious cutting of trees
 The trees could not wail
 The trees could not cry

But deep inside my heart I could hear
Their cries for help, their fear for death
It made me think for a moment in sorrow-

The Eden that I saw today
Would it be there for me tomorrow?
