I want to feel beautiful too
I want you to write songs about me
And blush when you hear my name in the hallway
I want you to try so hard to get my attention
And try even more if you don’t catch my eye the first time
I want
For one time in my life
To feel like I deserve attention
And to be proud when people look at me
Not ashamed
I want a boyfriend
That loves me
And looks into my eyes
And says ‘g-d damn you are beautiful’
And mean it.
I just want to be like all of the other girls
And feel happy
Beautiful.
