I miss you

As you watch me grow,
I know it’s a man with a halo.
You’re something no one else has,
Heaven arrived a little to fast.
I miss you and your jokes,
But hey you weren’t an old folk.
I guess that time had to come,
Leaving her with no one.
Paw Paw as I dream about you,
It give me something to do.
I do shed a tear,
I miss that smile ear to ear.
If heaven wasn’t so far away,
I would come visit for a day.
