No Soul
I looked into the nothingness that were his eyes
and at that moment I realized he was gone
much too faraway for any attempts of salvation.
He was lost in a maze of his own mind,
which meant he was now just a shell of someone I once knew
and the real him is now fighting a war contained within his scull.
All of his memories were gone,
every ounce of pain and every cup of love
now erased from the elaborate sketch that was his brain.
