Dreamer
You close your eyes, but it doesn't go black,
People running flying and jumping, screaming they're back
They left you that morning, but that was inevitable,
You got to go and you simply were not capable,
People, they tell you to get out of your head,
But that's impossible, because while your lying back in bed,
Your mind expands, I'm trying to stay awake,
I know that these people are not fake,
I see them every night, and no one knows but me,
They're people no one els will ever see,
They are immortal, they cannot die,
They are the people who taught me how to fly,
And every night, I look up to the sky,
I cry
They're beautiful, magical honestly,
They lend a hand to me, I take it and drift away,
In an empty sea, but it doesn't bother me,
Because I'm everything I want to be,
And that's me, I'm free.
