If I should have a lover
Thier mouth would be paradise
A tropical island,
My tongue an explorer
And should I be with you lover
During the stain of darkness
or the the bleached light of day
Our bodies would become contours
Lines and curves, shapes and edges
Geometric expressions warmly pressed together
Our love an ocean
Tethering us to the world.
