Unwelcome Reunion
I saw your whispered comments
And as you sashay towards me
You know you have got me
Right where you want
Right where I hate
You ask if I remember you
And I openly lie
"I don't know you"
You smile maliciously
And whisper "What a lie.
I guarantee you still have your scars."
I wish to run
For I know who you are
You know my darkest secrets
  You know my darkest days
  You are the puppetmaster
While I am a puppet
YOU
ARE
BREAKING
MY
  WALLS
  Like a successful putsch
And I don't want you to know
YOU
ARE
  BREAKING
  ME
Slicing me in half
Like a swordsmen
Finishing someone off with their sword
And you know it
You walk away with an arrogant stride
Smiling because you won
Your favorite game
I cringe and strapped to the spot
I walk down the pathway of my past
Not enjoying the walk back down the path
The past I try to avoid
  AND
  I
  CAN'T
BREATHE
