I lost my sea
I lost my luck
I gained a boisterous symphony
and a cassette I couldn’t get unstuck

I dropped the seed
I dropped the pail
I gained the need
To cast the sail

I felt the sting
I felt the break
I let it hang
By the lake

You drifted undocked
You drifted away
Your little boat rocked
And gave your end on full display
